Meet Lorina @anarchoyogi sharing her #yogasavedmylife story with us. These are her words 💚
.
. "Yoga changed me, without a doubt, but consequently, it changed the world around me
.
The energies I was attracting. The friends, the loves
.
My whole life I've been the "weird" one, the quirky friend, the crazy of the family, until I met Yoga. Then I just found I wasn't the difference, I was just "misplaced". Away from the path to unity. And that's why I wasn't recognised, and wasn't recognising my soul brothers and sisters either
.
Then I started hearing the callings: To travel, to move countries, to say "yes" or "no" to the right things and the right people
.
Nowadays, after my YTT in India, Yoga isn't a practice to me. It is living. It lives in every aspect of my day: In surrendering to the things I can't control, in accepting and not expecting from others, in prioritising myself when I must. In letting go of what no longer serves, in preventing and healing, in my sleep and diet, in learning how to control and deal with my anxiety and fears, in creating a life of blissfulness on a daily basis as much as I can
. Before Yoga I was simply wondering, fast asleep, now I've found my path and I'm flowing on it, working through it in the deepest gratefulness 🙏
