"Let’s start at the beginning when I deiced that I was going to do yoga everyday to help with my anxiety. My anxiety started in my late teens and followed me into my twenties. It didn’t help that I was working on a chronic thyroid condition which was making it hard for me to lose weight, increasing anxiety and depleting energy

.

Yoga brought me balance. It brought me positive healing thoughts while I lost weight and worked on stabilizing my mind and body

.

Yoga has helped me become the person I am today and still is my go to workout. I went from trying to get my warrior poses right to now working on advanced poses like inversions. Yoga follows you and helps you based on the needs and challenges you face in everyday life. That is why it is so important to me. Yoga is fluid and fits every body

One of the best things yoga has brought to me is a sense of community. The wonderful people I have met through yoga has been one of the best things it has brought to me 🙏" . .
