"For years Iā€™ve dealt with body dysmorphia. Never thin enough, never pretty enough, never strong enough. Yoga saved me" . "I busted myself to work for the ā€œdream bodyā€ - and I had it. But it still wasnā€™t good enough . Then I fell pregnant,gained the weight - you know how it goes. Postpartum body = struggle city . Until I found yoga. Or yoga found mešŸ™ . Yoga showed me that Iā€™m strong. Iā€™m capable. Iā€™m flexible. Iā€™m peaceful . Yoga is for everyBODY. And for that, I am grateful. Yoga saved me... Yoga saves me every day šŸ’š
