I’m @nataliatabilo a Body Positive yoga teacher and the founder of Yoga for All Bodies™.

"Yoga has helped me become friends with my mind and body, to appreciate all the amazing things my body allows me to do instead of focusing on the things I would like to change, and that’s why I want to share it with others

.


After feeling left out and unseen in yoga classes, because not all the instructions worked for my body, I decided to create @yogaforallbodies , an inclusive and accessible practice based on choices and variations of the poses to meet and enjoy your body where you are today

.


I love Yoga props! they don't make it less yoga! blocks, bolster, straps, chairs and walls! and in all my classes variations are offered using them!

To really fulfill the promise that Yoga is for All Bodies, I’m certified in Vinyasa, Yoga for All, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga, Accessible Yoga, The Roll Model Method, Restorative, Yin, and Trauma-Informed Yoga 🙏
