. "I started practicing Ashtanga everyday, 6 days a week since 2011 and haven’t stopped since

I practiced when I couldn’t get pregnant and had to undergo a surgery and many treatments in 3 years
.
I practiced when I got pregnant

practiced throughout my whole pregnancy until the day I went to the hospital for delivery
.
I practiced again 38 days after I delivered c section
.
I practiced when I suffered from Insomnia, bloating, migraines, and high BP- I practiced when I lost everything and had to start from scratch
.
I practiced when everyone was against me and everyone in the world wanted me to stop practicing
.
I practiced when it was very hard to wake up and all I wanted to do is stay in bed and cry my eyes out
.
I practiced and practiced and I'm still practicing and practicing and hopefully will keep on practicing
.
Because Yoga helps me become a better person, a better version on myself and makes me stronger inside out! It simply empowers me!
