"Always trust the journey even when you don’t understand it”

Meet @amy.yogini sharing her #yogasavedmylife story with us. These are her words 💚

.

. "I’ve was fortunate enough to have found yoga in 2009 & fell in love with the practice. It was after being diagnosed with anxiety in 2013 that I quickly discovered the importance of the practice to my overall well being. This journey is beautiful since there is always room for growth

.

My mat is my safe space it allows me to completely feel and be vulnerable and to grow at my own pace. I’m always choosing to practice yoga on and off the mat following the 8 limbs of yoga

.

In 2017 I got the courage to face one of my biggest fears “ public speaking “ and took my 200h yoga teacher training. Let me tell you this was a journey itself. Many tears were shed but it’s allowed me to keep growing and be resilient

.

Teaching yoga makes me feel so happy and it allows me to share my heart and passion with so many beautiful souls

.

When I’m not teaching yoga you can also find me surrounded by 27 little love bugs in my kindergarten classroom 💚 Amy
